This isn’t quite what I was going for (I originally wanted there to be more of a little story going on in the picture), but my original idea ended up being too tricky and I simplified it a bit. And I mean, when I end up with something like this, I really can’t complain.

Love this, yeah.

I don't know if I've seen enough evidence to call any 'ship officially "canon" (since that'd be a tough line to cross in a saturday morning kids' show :)), but I *do* think RariJack is the closest they've come to doing so, with some subtle hints in season 3. And my latest journal entry shows a bit of show basis for this (and WhiteDiamonds even added a few more in the comments that I hadn't thought of).

I have been meaning to comment on this for the longest time, but unfortunately I am just getting around to it now! Anyway, this is an absolutely adorable picture... it's no secret that I love Rarijack of course but all the same I tend to be quite choosy about the pieces that I love enough to favorite, if you'd believe it. Something about this one is just incredibly sweet though; for one thing I simply love the way that you draw ponies (those fluffy ears and fetlocks are just too cute), and for another there's a tenderness in this sort of hug, and their expressions that's just adorable. Anyway I really love it, thank you so much for sharing!

"canon" means it's part of the official story (because it's pretty dang obvious rarity and applejack are dating as of season 3)
